Dish Network Satellite is giving consumers even more programming options with the release of its new specialty a la carte package the Heartland Package. Heartland is a family oriented programming package and includes family friendly movies, classic TV series, concert specials, rural lifestyle content and much more. The new Heartland add-on package includes channels: gmc (original movies, dramas, comedies and inspiring music), The Hallmark Channel (original movies and award-winning entertainment), Hallmark Movie Channel (family-friendly movies, top-rated movies and miniseries), PixL (HD only channel, original movies and miniseries, dramas, wholesome comedies, love stories) and RFD-TV (providing rural America with a 24-hour schedule of rural news, agricultural features, horse training and informational programming.).
The Heartland package is available for Dish Network customers as an a la carte add-on to their core programming for a $5.00 monthly fee. In order to receive all channels of the Heartland Package, customers must have the applicable orbital locations and Dish satellite antenna configuration.
