Many times people ask me why Dish Network satellite is a better choice than DirecTV or cable.  Dish Network offers more programming choices, more value and better technology.  Only Dish Network satellite lets you watch LIVE TV anywhere there is a high-speed connection on your smartphone, tablet or laptop for no extra charge.  Many companies claim to have TV Everywhere, but only Dish Network allows you to watch ALL your channels and LIVE TV.  DirecTV also claims to have HD FREE for life, but to get this you must subscribe to a higher-level package, which can cost up to $114.99/mo everyday price.  DirecTV also has upfront fees Dish Network does not have.  It can cost you almost $300 to connect 3 HD TVs with DirecTV.  Dish Network also has popular channels in HD DirecTV does not have—some of these include AMC HD, E! HD, Style HD, G4 HD, BBC America HD, Investigation Discovery HD.  Dish Network carries 40 HD channels that are not available with DirecTV.  My best advice is to do your homework before getting satellite or cable.  Every pay TV provider gives you a introductory rate, but make sure to ask what your price will be once this discount period ends.
